This is the Recipe I used for my card:
Used the tag with the Happy Birthday on it.
The two textures is the glitter around the Happy Birthday tag and I used the cuttlebug embosser for the middled of the card.
The three different patteren papers--top, middle and the bottom.
Four pieces of ribbon, 2 grosgrain at the bottom and one at the top and a bow ribbon on the tag.
The 5 sprinkles on the cupcake are buttons.
I cut the cupcake and mouse out and set the mouse out a little further from the cupcake.
