Magical Monday Wild Flower Bouquet

Gloria Westerman brought us this weeks challenge at TMITA. She wants us to use a shape or die cut of any kind with a little texture or embossing of any kind. My card is made up from very pale pinks. I lined the shape of the card with bunka and also the circle which is embossed and then chalked to show the design. I don't know whose image of the man and woman, but I think it goes perfect for an anniversary card with Nina's Wild Flower Bouquet. The stones on the card are also pink but they look clear. You can find this here.

Magical Monday Love Grows Here

Carol West brings this weeks challenge at TMITA. She would like you to use the following recipe for the elements on the card. They are: 3 flowere (minimum) - lace or ribbon - pearls or gems - l die cut. The hearts on the tree have heart gems on it. I used ribbon that I had from last year and the flowers are from my stash. You can find this here.

Magical Monday Doodle Heart with With All My Heart

This weeks contest at TMITA is to make a valentine card for a friend and use the following sentiment along with any image on the front of the card. (This sentiment does not count as the Paper Cupcake image for the participants drawing.) Friendship isn't a big thing, it's a million little things. I used Paper Cupcake image of the doodle heart and made it in three sizes and also use the image also from Paper Cupcake With All My Heart which is the little mouse holding the heart. I also put stickles on the little pink hearts. Why it is cutting off the left side of my card is beyond me, but I am not doing this little sucker over. You can find this here.

Magical Monday Sent with Love

Nina has a Tic-Tac-Toe game for us to play with this week. Go into any direction as if you are playing the game of TTT, three in a row. I picked the one that goes across at the top. I made my card in the shape of a heart and trimmed it with white picot trim. Put the white stitching around the heart with a white glase pen. Used little heart buttons and a larger one on the envelope. The ticket is also from Paper Cupcakes. I used colored pencils on both the ticket and the bird. You can find this here.

Magical Mondy Miss Kitty

Nina gave us a sketch to use for this weeks challenge. Since I am trying to get Valentine cards ready that is the way I decided to go. I would put the sketch up but I am not really sure how to do that with the card and I hate messing up. It usually takes more than one try to get this on my blog because I do something wrong and when I try to straighten it out it erases all the things I have done. You can tell from last weeks card, I finally just did the thing that you could go to Nina's blog. This is my second try for this card. I keep saying I am going to take some time and try to figure all this out and how to do things for and on my blog. The thing is I just don't seem to find that extra time. Maybe I will stay up all night and see if I can figure things out. Who needs all that extra sleep anyhow! Back to the card...I used my "nesties" behind Miss Kitty, punches for the top, bottom and side of card. I used Bic-markers and a colored pencil for her. Plus I also used Nins's ticket for the sentiment. All the paper was from my scrap box. You can find this here.

Magical Monday A Merry Christmas Snowman 2

Dru Cabral has the challenge this week at TMITA. She would like for us to use the traditional colors of Christmas of "red and green". I used the Paper Cupcakes diji which I think is so cute. I cut out Christmas lights and glued them around the diji stamp and then used my clear Gelly Roll pen on them and the snowflakes plus the I Believe ticket. I put red cording around the white circle and red around the green paper. Used my Bic-markers on the snowman and colored pencil on his hat. I hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! You can find this here.
